Refund Policy

At Gifting Frenzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund policy on most items, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
• Certain items may be excluded from this policy (see Exceptions section).

2. Refund Process

2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Late or Missing Refunds
